Terms and Conditions

For an order for goods via eCommerce- Portal the provisions of the existing distribution agreement (including any annexes) between the orderer and Konica Minolta shall be applicable. In so far as such distribution agreement does not provide for special regulations (e.g. regarding delivery time, shipping costs, title retention, inspection and complaint obligations), the statutory regulations shall apply.
